Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I liked the shampoo because it lathered well, but I wish the hair treatment was a little more moisturizing. The scent was nice.
Of all the shampoos and treatments I've tried, this one is one of the best! As the name suggests, it leaves your hair feeling moisturized and manageable the next morning, rather than the texture it leaves after drying. It's easy to style, so I recommend it.
I really liked the scent, and the shampoo lathered well. My hair felt a little rough after washing, but it was fine once I used the treatment. The texture was a little hard and difficult to spread, but it became smooth after using a hair dryer, so I think it would be fine for everyday use. It managed to hold my hair in place well, so I also noticed an effect on frizz.
I recommend it because it smells so good!
