How to use
Take an appropriate amount, spread thoroughly, and gently massage in after bathing or whenever dryness is a concern. . Use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. If the cosmetics do not suit your skin, i.e., in the following cases, discontinue use. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. 1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. 2) If the above abnormalities occur after direct sunlight exposure to the skin where the product was used. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a dermatologist if any abnormalities occur. Please note that contact with skin exposed to direct sunlight may occasionally cause rashes or stains. Please be careful not to let cosmetics come into direct contact with clothing, as it may stain thin fabrics or white or light-colored clothing. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
