Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After watching Professor Helim's video, I decided to buy this for the first time in over a decade! When I used it in the past, I imagined it to have a hard core and that it didn't color my brows well, but that was a good thing, so I used one. When I used it again after a long time, I was surprised that it didn't get any color on the back of my hand, but it went smoothly on my brows! It applies color just right with a light touch, and you can draw fluffy lines like you'd applied powder, and you can draw thin or thick lines, so you can get by with just this one product. It doesn't even erase the tails of your brows! Apparently they can file them down in-store, but I'm worried about whether I can file them down properly like a naginata since there aren't any stores nearby...
It blends in smoothly with the skin. If you use it without shaving it off, the color will be similar to that of an Excel pencil. I thought it would be a low-saturation brown, but when I applied it to my skin, it turned out to be a slightly reddish brown. It's the best value for money.
The finish is natural and easy to apply. It doesn't come off easily, which is great. Shaving it down is a pain, but each pen lasts a long time.
I bought this after being recommended by a hairdresser. It's easier to use than I expected, and I've been using it ever since. They can be sharpened at the salon, so I can keep using it in good condition, and when drawing my eyebrows, I can draw each individual hair in detail. Each hair is quite long, so I think it's a good value product that can be used for a long time.

The tip may seem hard at first glance, but the color spreads naturally when you touch it to your skin, and it feels like you're drawing each hair one by one. The color is a little clear right after you draw it, but over time it blends in with your eyebrows and settles naturally. It seems like it would be suitable for people who don't want their eyebrows to look like they're drawn.
