Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I picked it up thinking it was milk, but I was surprised at how smooth it was. When I poured it out, it felt more watery than milk, so it didn't leave my hands sticky, and it had a wonderful scent. My hair is a bit stiff and frizzy, but when I put milk on it and let it dry, it became very manageable, and it also stays in place when I use it to style it. Because it has a smooth texture, I didn't have to worry about putting too much milk on and it becoming sticky... Even after styling, it didn't feel sticky, and it looked and felt smooth. The recommended way to use it is to apply it to your entire hair before drying, and then lightly apply it to the ends after drying to make it easy to manage, and it feels smooth and not sticky!
I received this as a test gift for my curly hair, which is prone to frizz. I tried it right away after towel drying it after a bath, and it left my hair incredibly smooth and tame! The scent is a strong American-girl vibe that some people either love or hate. It lingered even after a day, and I really liked it. Up until now, no other after-bath product I've used has ever felt right, but this one left my hair smooth and manageable, which was amazing. I'd definitely like to buy it again. By the way, I thought it was a hair milk, but it has a runny milk oil-like texture.
It smells so good! I use it before using a hair dryer. It's not as sticky as oil, but it leaves my hair feeling moisturized even after using a hair dryer. The scent lingers, too! In fact, it lingers even the next day! I'm also curious about the shampoo!
