Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't usually use foundation, but when I wore a kimono, I used the sachet that came with my purchase. It's not too thick, but it has good coverage and a neat finish. I'll consider buying the actual product.
I used it as a magazine supplement and liked it, so I bought the actual product. I was surprised that it was a cream foundation that was water-resistant, and it didn't smudge easily and lasted well. I think it would be easy to use in the summer too. A little goes a long way, so it's good value for money. I bought the color 201. I have fair skin, so I'd be happy if they sold colors lighter than 201.
For better or worse, the scent is quite strong. It may be relaxing for those who like this scent, but for daily use, I would prefer a milder scent or even an unscented product. As a foundation, it doesn't come off and is beautiful and excellent!
I've been a foundation refugee for a while, but this is a hit! Now that I'm in my 40s, I want to hide blemishes, but I don't want to apply too much... This foundation is glossy, yet it hides the areas I want to hide! It doesn't feel thick, which is unusual for a cream. And best of all, it spreads so easily!! I love how it spreads so smoothly and evenly!! At first I was using it over my Maquillage primer, but then I thought I might as well get the Paul & Joe collection, so I combined it with Protecting, and it really did last longer. It spreads so easily that you only need a small amount, so it seems like good value for money!
