How to use
For morning and evening skincare routines, dispense three pumps onto a cotton pad or your hand and gently massage into your face. When using a cotton pad, place it between your middle and ring fingers, fitting it to the curves of your face. (Usage Instructions) .When first using, pump the dispenser several times until the contents dispense. .After use, wipe the dispenser opening clean and be sure to close the overcap properly. .For hygiene reasons, do not remove the dispenser from the container during use. .If the dispenser stops moving smoothly, purchase a new unit. .Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. .Always hold the container when using, replacing the refill, or carrying the product. .Natural ingredients may occasionally float or color may vary, but this does not affect usability.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
