Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even within the same series, the lotion doesn't irritate my skin even when my skin is in poor condition, but I can still use the lotion. It only irritates my skin when my skin is really poor. Also, it doesn't seem to be as moisturizing as the lotion. More than anything, I wish the FDR series would stop being sold in 10ml bottles. It's a poor value for money, so I'd love to see a 30ml size that can be combined with the other series.
I'm surprised this product has a lower rating than the lotion. Similarly, I think it's one of the few lotions I can safely use even when my skin is extremely sensitive. Because lotions inevitably contain emulsifiers and surfactants, my usual products often don't suit my skin type. When I'm too lazy to try different products, I rely on FDR for lotions, even when my skin isn't super sensitive. I've seen reviews complaining that the bottle's shape makes it difficult to use when the bottle is low, but storing it upside down ensures smooth flow. If that's not possible, just shake the bottle vigorously with the lid closed and facing downwards before opening it, and the right amount will come out. (Think of it like shaking a small amount of ketchup.) I think it's worth the effort. If you're having trouble finding a product that works for you, I highly recommend giving it a try.
