Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I highly recommend this! It's such a powerful protection against external stimuli that I wonder why I hadn't bought it before! It can be used anywhere on the body or lips and is incredibly moisturizing! I wouldn't recommend it for people who don't like sticky feelings, but it really doesn't bother me with dryness even when I'm in an air-conditioned environment all day. I reapply it to areas that are particularly dry, and it definitely helps! It's a small amount, but it lasts a long time despite how often I use it. If you're not satisfied with horse oil or Vaseline, why not give it a try?
Moisturizes your face and body. When your face and body are dry, this will help you escape from dryness.
This was the best product in the trial set. It feels a bit hard when you use it, but it melts in your palm. When I applied it, my rough skin improved in just one day and became very moisturized. I thought it was a really good product. It's a product I'd like to have on hand for when my skin gets rough.
I tried it out with the 10-day trial kit. It has a translucent, solid cleansing balm-like texture. When you apply it to your skin, it melts like a thick oil. It feels stickier than other products in the sensitive dry skin series. I dab a little on the problem areas at night, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized until the next morning, which is great.
I received a sample from Takashimaya's Moratto Cosmetics and used it. It has a thick, Vaseline-like texture. It's labeled as a gel, but it's firm. After application, it becomes shiny and a little sticky. It does feel like it acts as a barrier, but it might be difficult to use before applying makeup. When used at night, it keeps my skin moisturized until the next morning. I think it's like a talisman-like item, so I'd like to use it again when my skin is sensitive.
