Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received the hince Low Glow Dewy Ball lip and cheek product as a novelty gift. I use it as a lip balm. It has a smoother texture than I expected and spreads easily. The cap opens and closes smoothly. It protects lips that tend to dry out. It's transparent, so it's also great as a lip primer. It has beautiful colors and good color payoff. It's also moisturizing and can be used as a blush, so it's very convenient!
It's perfect for days when you don't want to look like you're wearing much makeup, or days when you want to look healthy! As it's a balm, it leaves your lips moisturized, which is great. I can't rely on this product alone to keep my lip and cheek colors lasting, so I use it to add a touch of color and shine! That said, there are days when I can get my makeup done with just this, so I personally find it super useful and use it a lot! I'll definitely be buying it again.
I like the cute color. The color doesn't last very long, but it's not too strong, so it's easy to use. When using it as a blush, it can feel a bit sticky, and if you tone it down with powder, the shine disappears. I mainly use it as a lip gloss.
