Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was so happy that my makeup came off so easily!
I bought this to prevent falling asleep without removing my makeup. I'm so grateful that it doesn't make my skin feel tight or like makeup is still there! Maybe because I use a balm cleanser when I'm feeling healthy, my pores never get clogged!
■Good points: Good value for money; Removes makeup well; Refreshing and clean feel and scent. ■Concerns: The liquid around the mouth after cleansing is bitter if licked; I notice a slightly unpleasant odor after use. → In both cases, I rinse it off with water. These concerns are bothering me, so I'm unsure whether to buy it again. The matsukiyo cleansing water I used previously didn't have an unpleasant odor.
I thought it was a gentle cleanser for my skin!
