How to use

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

After trying various whitening serums, I was interested in kojic acid, so I tried a mini version of the décolleté Whitelogist, a popular kojic acid product. Of course, it didn't have an immediate effect, but it was neither good nor bad... I hesitated about repurchasing it, and switched to Epistem's Bright Plasma Laser, which also contains kojic acid. I barely have any noticeable blemishes, so I was hoping for an overall tone-up rather than just dark spots, and it did! My skin didn't have any breakouts, but it looked rough, and the chronic redness subsided. After about a week, I started to feel like my skin had become somehow clearer. I didn't notice any changes with Whitelogist, so maybe it's the allantoin that prevents roughness? It's more affordable than Whitelogist, which I'm happy about. In the morning, I use the Epistem Stem Science lotion, this serum, and Stem Science emulsion, so maybe that's a good thing. Whitelogist is gel-like, while Epistem is cream-like, which seems to provide better moisturization. It's a matter of personal preference. For now, I plan to buy it again.
After using this serum for three days, people around me started telling me that my skin looked brighter. I love whitening serums and have tried many, but this is the first time I've heard such a thing. I really like the scent and texture. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a whitening serum.

I've bought four of these! I've been struggling with a yellow, dull complexion, and have tried a variety of whitening serums, from drugstore brands to department store brands, but this one has been the most effective! It brightens the color of my foundation and my skin feels whiter overall. Considering the results, the price is reasonable, so I think I'll keep using it for the rest of my life. It doesn't irritate my skin at all, and I can use it morning and night, so I really recommend it.
