Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

For lining the lips, a pencil-shaped lip pencil is probably better because it doesn't come off easily! I try to use it on the corners of my mouth and in the center of my lips! I was surprised that the lead didn't run out!
It's very easy to apply, and when I tried it, I was amazed at how beautiful the shape of my mouth was. Until now, I'd only applied lipstick, blurring the shape of my lips. After outlining the shape of my lips with this product and then applying lipstick, my lips became so beautiful. I should have started using it sooner! I'm a little regretful.
I found a lip liner that is easy to use and apply because it's retractable.
I bought the Powder Kiss color along with the pink Be My! This was my first time using a matte lipliner and lip liner, so I asked the beauty advisor to help me choose, and she chose this reddish-brown lipliner called Warin. When I asked her if she recommended this one and not the pencil, she said that if it was your first time, this one would be better, and that pencils are difficult to apply with pressure, so this one is easier. It goes on smoothly and I'm very happy with it! It's not too shiny and pairs well with matte lipstick! It makes thin lips look naturally thicker!
I bought Root for Me and after looking back at the archives, I decided to buy it. (It arrived today, January 16th) It's really smooth to apply and extremely comfortable to use. It blends well and draws lines clearly. It has a glossy finish and is soft, so don't use too much. You can easily draw the outline by stroking it, making it easy to overline. I like the pencil, but I'd like to get other colors of this one too.
