Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have combination skin, so I bought this to control sebum. It contains azelaic acid, doesn't require double cleansing, and rinses off easily, so it's pretty good. It feels like a lower-grade version of a certain cleanser. I might buy it again if refills become available at Suzykirei. I'll update again if I notice any changes after using it up.

While the cleansing power is impeccable, I'm unsure whether to make it a regular part of my daily routine. I'll carefully consider whether to keep it for overnight stays first. I bought this hoping it would address roughness and blackheads in my pores, but so far it hasn't been very good. I wonder if I'll notice anything else once I finish the bottle, but I've started to wonder if my pores aren't suited to azelaic acid. I'm glad to have discovered that azelaic acid serums and other products are effective, but that's not the case with cleansers. I think it's fine as a regular cleanser.
I love how smooth my skin feels after cleansing. I bought it to treat dark pores, so I hope it's effective and I'll keep using it.
