How to use
Use in the morning and evening after washing your face and toning your skin. Pump the dispenser twice into the palm of your hand and apply to your entire face. *If using in the morning, please use cosmetics with UV protection after use to protect the effectiveness of the retinol. *Please refrain from using this product if you have had problems with products containing retinol in the past or if you are prone to skin problems (easily sensitive to skin irritation or have unstable skin conditions). *When using for the first time or if your skin is sensitive, we recommend gradually increasing the frequency of use, using it only at night every 2-3 days for the first 2 weeks, and every night for the next 2 weeks. *When using in combination with other products containing retinol, avoid using multiple products at once and use each product one at a time, observing the condition of the product. *Please use correctly by observing the number of uses and amount used. .

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using Ultimune for a while now, but this time I wanted something different and bought this. This Shiseido product is also very moisturizing. It doesn't sting, so I think I'll be able to use it all up.
When it comes to Shiseido's retinol cosmetics, the Benefiance series is the one to go for! *This will vary depending on your individual skin type. I have combination, dry skin. While overseas retinol cosmetics often have strong ingredients that irritate my skin, this one was perfect for my skin! I only use it at night, but I'm so impressed when I look in the mirror the next morning! It's worked so well for me that my pores tightened and my skin became radiant and firm! I was also surprised that it's so gentle despite being a retinol! However...the only thing I'm disappointed about is that it takes a while for the effects to appear! I plan to continue using it steadily! I can confidently recommend this product!
