How to use
To ensure the mask adheres to your face: After washing your face, gently unfold the mask and apply it to your face, ensuring it adheres well. To leave on for 5-15 minutes: Leave on for 5-15 minutes, depending on your skin condition. To remove the mask: Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining serum into your skin. Use any remaining serum on your whole body! To lock in moisture: If necessary, apply lotion or cream at the end. 《Precautions for Use》 Do not use if you have any cuts or eczema on your skin. Please ensure that there are no abnormalities on your skin before use. Be careful not to get the essence in your eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water and check for any abnormalities. If you experience any abnormalities, consult a specialist. Use the mask immediately after removing it from the bag. For hygiene reasons, do not reuse a mask that has been used once. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, eczema, pain, or white spots during or after use, immediately discontinue use, rinse with water, and consult a specialist. Store in a place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of infants and toddlers.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
