What it is
Instantly adheres and coats over eye makeup: A three-layer coating film adheres to the skin, preventing smudging and smearing.Ultra-fine brush for easy application to fine areas.Contains two moisturizing ingredients for eye care: aloe vera leaf extract and rose extract.

How to use
After applying eye makeup (eyeliner/brow pencil/mascara), apply a small amount of this product onto a brush and gently swipe over the area. Do not touch or rub until dry. A film will form over the makeup, adhering tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It keeps a beautiful line. It stays in place better than when I didn't use it. But it did smudge when I rubbed it. The eyeliner I used with it wasn't waterproof, so maybe that's why it only lasts so long.
My eyeliner always comes off, so I've been waiting for a product like this. I usually use liquid eyeliner only on the outer corners of my eyes. If I use it on top of my eyeliner, if I use too much it will smudge a little, so I need to wait until it's completely dry and use the right amount. However, I have a tendency to have my eyeliner come off easily, and even the most supposedly smudge-proof eyeliners come off. Even with this top coat, my eyeliner still comes off sometimes, but I think it's happening less often. It's easy to use and reasonably priced, so I recommend it for people who have a tendency to have their eyeliner come off easily.
I bought it because it had a good reputation on social media. It's the type that makes my eyes water quite a bit (it makes my eyes moist and my eyeliner disappears), but when my eyes are in good condition, it doesn't bother me much and my eyeliner stays in place nicely. However, when my eyes aren't in good condition or I cry, it doesn't stay in place and my eyeliner disappears, so I gave it 4 stars. I'm going to use up one bottle for now.
It's neither good nor bad.
I absolutely hate it when my eyebrows disappear or my eyeliner smudges when I sweat in the summer, so I bought this to try it out! Just by layering the clear liquid on top of my eyebrows and eyeliner, my eyebrows stay in place no matter how much I sweat, and my eyeliner stays on my lower eyelids. It's a lifesaver for days when I can't touch up my makeup! I've only just started using it, so I plan to keep using it.
