What it is
Cow Brand Additive-Free Makeup Remover Milk contains vegetable oils derived from palm oil and other sources. The oil components in the milk capture makeup and thoroughly remove it without placing any extra strain on your skin. It can be used even with wet hands. It rinses off cleanly, leaving skin feeling moisturized. ■ No added colorings, fragrances, parabens, or other preservatives or stabilizers. ■ Contains olive squalane, a natural moisturizing ingredient, to help keep your skin hydrated. ■ Skin allergy tested. How to use
Take an appropriate amount (pump 3-4 times) in your hand, spread it over your entire face, and gently massage it in to remove makeup and other impurities. Then, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. (If your skin is very wet, such as after washing your hair, lightly dry it before using.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to remove makeup when I wear light makeup, such as when I use a primer and powder. My skin felt moisturized after washing, to the point where I wondered if it had really removed the makeup. I double cleanse my face. However, since it's additive-free, I think it's gentle on the skin, so I plan to continue using it.
I usually only use a primer, so this cleansing milk is sufficient for me. For eyebrow makeup, etc., I use the cleansing oil from the same brand, as it tends to leave some residue. It may not be enough for those who wear heavy makeup.
