What it is
Cow Brand Additive-Free Makeup Remover Oil is formulated with palm oil-based vegetable oils and contains no mineral oils. It blends well with makeup, quickly lifting away impurities and thoroughly removing even point makeup like lipstick and mascara. Simply lightly massage into makeup, leaving no irritation to the skin. It can be used with wet hands, so you can thoroughly remove makeup even in the bath. ■ No artificial colorings, fragrances, preservatives such as parabens, or stabilizers are added. ■ Contains olive squalane, a natural moisturizing ingredient, to help keep skin hydrated. ■ Skin allergy tested; does not guarantee allergy-free. *Product packaging may change without notice. How to use
Take an appropriate amount in your hand, spread it over your entire face, and gently blend it into makeup and other impurities. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. *If your skin is very wet, such as after washing your hair, lightly dry it before using.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Best of all, it's easy to use, with no peculiar texture and the oil's consistency is just right. I don't use a lot of dark makeup, so this removes it all well. Plus, it's available at a wide variety of stores, is inexpensive, and easy to repurchase wherever you are. Another reason I keep buying it. It's also compatible with eyelash extensions, which is genius!!! I want to keep using it forever.
I use this when I'm wearing heavy makeup! It even removes eye makeup ^ ^ I've repurchased several bottles!
Personally, I found it easy to use. The oil isn't too runny, and I think it's a little thick. I usually only use it as a primer, so I don't know how well it removes foundation. I'm guessing, but I think it might not remove eyeliners that tend to smudge, like Canmake's gel eyeliner, very well. My skin feels moisturized after washing, which is a good thing.

I bought this product because it's additive-free and seems to be good for my skin. I have sensitive skin, but I can use it without any irritation. I was able to remove it thoroughly with just my usual sunscreen and powder.
