How to use
After thoroughly rinsing your hair and scalp, take an appropriate amount in your hand and massage it into your entire hair, starting from your scalp. Then rinse. For a better finish, leave it for 2-3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. If the cream shampoo becomes difficult to dispense from the pump, open the cap and scoop it up with the spatula. Drain the spatula after use and store it by inserting it into the cap.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is similar to men's perfume, so it's fresh and different from the sweet scents of the past. It has a refreshing herbal, minty scent. It doesn't spread evenly and doesn't leave a clean feeling unless you use it a certain amount. It leaves your skin feeling moisturized when you rinse it off. I think it's convenient when you're tired or busy. However, rather than using it all the time, it would probably be better to use a regular foaming shampoo or conditioner as well. I like this scent and the pink finish.
I used up the whole bottle and the best thing about it is that it keeps the gray hair dye from smudging. I didn't get the same cooling sensation as other people, so it didn't feel as refreshing. If I didn't use hair oil, my hair felt sticky, so I made sure to use hair oil to make it smoother. It didn't really suit me, but it was amazing how well it kept the gray hair dye from smudging, so I recommend anyone who is having trouble with this to try it.
I'm a hairdresser. I ran out of Cocone, so I bought this affordable, well-reviewed product to try out. My scalp would stink the next morning after using Cocone, but this product was fine. However, the product itself has no scent, so it's not very soothing (lol). After washing, Cocone left my hair feeling smooth and moisturized. This product left my hair dry and prone to static electricity, so I needed to use a conditioner. I avoid using foaming shampoos every day, so this cream shampoo is meant to be used alternately. However, if you have colored hair and use only this one product every day, be careful.
My friend won this on Suzykirei! So I tried it at the gym. It felt so cool on my scalp, and my hair was smooth after drying. I thought it was great, so I bought the comb set here. Later, I saw the same product on clearance at a drugstore, so I bought it again. Now I use this after my color shampoo, not just on its own. I've had a bad experience in the past where I used a highly rated cream shampoo here, and it made my head itchy, but this one was fine.
I bought the set that includes a hair comb. It has a nice scent, but it doesn't last forever. I would definitely recommend it to people who don't like strong scents or who are sensitive to scents, such as those who are pregnant. (Even the faint scent of fabric softener made me vomit during pregnancy...) This one item makes my hair smooth, so it's great value for money and saves time. I style my hair with oil in the morning, but I don't notice any drawbacks, such as dryness, compared to when I used a shampoo.
