Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'll definitely be buying it again. I was looking for an anti-aging cream, and I was attracted to the look and product description, so I bought it. I thought it might be a little heavy when I picked it up with my fingers and applied it to my face, but it wasn't sticky at all, which was a relief. lol And within 2-3 days, my skin felt surprisingly smooth. Given my age, it's rare to find something this price that gives such immediate results, so this is a blessing. It's much cheaper than the cream I'm currently using, so I think I'll stick with it for a while (I do use eye cream, though). I've never used a retinol-based product before, but this one is retinol liposome, so I was able to give it a try without worrying about irritation.
I thought the texture would be a little heavy, but I was surprised at how quickly it absorbed. I think it's good for people who don't like heavy textures. Also, because it absorbs quickly and isn't heavy, it didn't affect my makeup even when I used it in the morning. I didn't notice any increase in elasticity or firmness, but it did feel like my skin was well-moisturized until morning. Because it absorbs so well, the 50ml bottle was gone in no time, so I wish they had a refill.
