Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I used EX02. The texture and feel are similar to CHANEL's Baume. The color payoff is better than I expected. It gives you a slightly flushed look, like after a bath. The more you layer it, the more color it gives, but it's not too intense, so it's easy to use and doesn't require any technique. It's sticky, but doesn't smudge. However, it's not very resistant to rubbing, so if you're using it as a mask, it's much better to use this as a base and then layer a powder blush on top for better staying power. It's a shame it's limited edition.
The color, the lightness when applied, and the natural glow all made me feel like I'd found the blush of my dreams, and since it's a limited edition product, I bought two, one for home and one to take with me. The reason I chose size 6 is because when you apply it right after applying makeup and your face powder hasn't yet fully blended into your skin, it smudges a little, so it's better to wait a while for it to blend in.
I saw someone posting about it on my old Twitter account and decided to buy it. It hasn't been talked about much on social media, but it gives a translucent look, a natural complexion, and a radiant glow. I take a little with my fingers and dab it on my cheeks. I love it so much that it's the only thing I use these days!
Is this a hidden gem? I don't use it on days when I wear a mask because it tends to peel off, but on days when I don't wear a mask, I always dab a little on after applying blush. It gives me beautiful, radiant cheeks.
I bought it because I was attracted to the color. It's much lighter than I expected. It has a glossy finish, but it doesn't make pores stand out, and in fact it seems to hide them. It doesn't last long, but compared to Yves Saint Laurent's Make Me Blush Liquid, which I love, this one doesn't last as long. Saint Laurent doesn't really last. The color is very cute, but it's not unique, and even as a blush base, I personally find it too light, so I won't be repurchasing it.
