Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's smooth and non-greasy, so even people who don't like creams can use it. I like how it's easy to apply even if you have breakouts. If you want more moisture, I recommend using another cream on top of it.
It's fine to use at night, but when I used it in the morning, it was too sticky? It was too tight? It didn't spread the foundation at all. I guess I should only use it at night? It can be used when your skin is dry or rough, and it's easy to use because it doesn't lack moisturizing power like cica creams often do.
Before the renewal, the product had a firm texture, but now it's thicker. I squeezed it out like the old one and was surprised at how much came out. I use the whole lotion, serum, and cream, and even though the texture has changed, it still feels like it's moisturizing my skin well. It has almost no scent and doesn't sting, so it's very easy to use!
I often use this when I have skin problems such as dry skin due to oily skin or lack of moisture. It also reduces redness and other inflammation and has a soothing effect, so it's very easy to use!
It has calmed down my premenstrual skin irritation. I thought it would be smooth, but it's surprisingly moisturizing and has excellent moisturizing power. I recommend using this because it improves my skin condition! It doesn't have much of a scent and feels gentle on the skin.
