How to use
Wet your face and hands, then pump 3 times into your hands and gently wash your face without rubbing. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The soft foam cleanses without friction, so it feels gentle on the skin. The refreshing citrus scent makes it easy to use. My skin doesn't feel tight after use, and even before moisturizing, it's soft and supple, so I don't have to worry about dryness!
It's neither irritating nor bad, but it doesn't irritate my skin. The scent is also soothing.
I like foaming face washes and have tried a lot of them. The foam on this one goes flat easily and the scent is a bit strong, so I didn't really like the feel of it.
The scent is lovely and I bought it when the points were 10% off!! It lathers well and I'm very happy with it ^_^ I use it to wash my face in the morning.
It comes out as foam, so it's easy to use when you're in a rush. It has a nice scent, and it makes you feel good knowing you're using something good for your skin. It doesn't leave your skin feeling tight after washing, which is great.
