How to use
Always keep the puff clean. If it gets dirty, wash it with cold or lukewarm water, diluted with mild kitchen detergent, and gently press it with your hands. After rinsing thoroughly, remove excess water and dry it in the shade.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Kaori Nagai always recommends this, so I bought it to replace the puff that comes with it. I haven't used it yet, but I'm looking forward to it!
I also saw Nagai's YouTube video and bought it immediately. I used to love Roji Rosa's Multi Foundation Puff 2P, but now I'm using Espoir. It's thin, soft, dries quickly after washing, and its drop shape allows me to freely shape it to fit even the smallest areas. I'm also happy that it fits easily into most cushion foundation cases. I use it with both liquid and cream foundation. Roji Rosa has a clear adhesive edge, but this one is soft and doesn't seem to streak easily. It holds a lot, is not stingy, and is comfortable. I also buy it as a small gift.
I also bought this after watching Kaori Nagai's YouTube video. The foundation is Prima's cushion. The same video also highly praised Prima's puff, so I thought there was not much difference in the feel of the two, and that this one, which is significantly cheaper than Prima, was a good deal! It comes in a large quantity, which is also a great incentive to wash frequently. When using the cushion, I like to use this puff.
I'm not sure if it's amazingly different from other products, but I think it's easy to use. I try to wash my puffs frequently, but sometimes the covers get torn after washing them so often that I have to replace them, so I'm glad that there are so many included.
I wanted to use this because it was recommended by a makeup artist, but after trying to buy it several times, it was out of stock, so I finally got it. It's not too small, not too big, so it's easy to use. It was especially easy to apply under the eyes.
