Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to use as a part of the line, along with the introductory serum and lotion. Like the lotion, it has a thick texture that makes it easy to feel absorbed into the skin. I have dry skin, so it doesn't feel as moisturizing as it should, but it does make my makeup go on well. I'll use it up for now and then decide whether to buy it again.
It takes a little time for the product to absorb into the skin. I'm always busy in the mornings, so I think I'll use it at night. I have dry skin, so I like a thicker feel, so this feels a little lacking. However, it is gentle on the skin. I can use it with confidence.
It's not watery and is easy to use.
