Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels amazing when applied. It's less sticky than other hand creams and body creams that are said to be non-sticky. It feels smooth when applied. It's also very moisturizing. It's fragrance-free, which is a plus. There's no stinky smell from the ingredients. The only downside is that it's expensive, especially since you apply it to your body, so you end up using a lot per application. I can't use it all year round, but I plan to repurchase it during the dry seasons. It's non-sticky, which is why I want to use it for daily care. I also wish it came in a pump bottle.
I used the 30ml size. It's a highly moisturizing face cream from Kiehl's for the body, so I was worried it might feel a little sticky for winter, but I was surprised that it moisturizes well without being sticky! It's perfect for dry skin caused by air conditioning.
This product really doesn't dry out my skin! It can be used on wet skin, so it's perfect for after a bath! I'm already on my third! It's one of those products I'll be in trouble if I run out.
