At first glance, the white base doesn't really have any color, but when layered, the pale pink and purple really pop. It adheres well, so even if you sweat a lot, it doesn't sting or come off. It's water-based, which reminds me of the glitter glue in a tube that was popular when I was a kid. If you only use it on your eyes, a grain of rice-sized amount is enough to create a sparkle that will last a lifetime. It's versatile, so it would look cute on the body for summer outings or events! One drawback is that the watery texture can easily smudge with eyeshadow. Fingers, especially, have a large surface area that's often in contact with the product, so it might not be a good match. I think the finish is better if you use a primer or pinpoint it with a tip or brush. The large sparkly glitter is super cute! It's surprisingly easy to use for events and everyday use, and I like using it on my under-eye bags!
