What it is

How to use
<How to refill into a bottle> (1) Firmly hold the base of the spout as shown in the illustration, and slowly turn the cap in the direction of the arrow to open. *When opening, be careful of liquid spilling out and the cut edge of the cap. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle and secure it, then hold it with both hands as shown in the illustration, and pour slowly. Be careful, as the ring may come off and fall into the bottle when refilling. To remove all remaining liquid, fold the product from the bottom and squeeze it out. Place the container on a flat surface before refilling. Do not mix with other products. Refill into a clean container with a lid. After that, use according to the instructions for the container you are refilling into. Do not refill into containers for foaming products. Refilling is not possible. When reusing a used container, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water and dry it before refilling. Refill approximately 80% of the bottle. If you fill it more than that, the liquid may overflow when you attach the pump. After opening, be sure to close the cap, store upright, and use up as soon as possible. Do not use this product as is without refilling, or leave it in the bathroom. Be careful not to let water get into the product or get the cap wet. After refilling the entire amount, record the product's sales name and the pack's manufacturing number, or store the pack as is. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.) *Even after refilling, do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
