How to use
Take an appropriate amount onto a sponge or towel soaked in warm water and lightly lather before use. < the pump>. When first using, hold Figure 1 in place with your hand, turn the nozzle in Figure 2 in the direction of the arrow to raise the head, and empty the pump several times until the contents come out. (If the head does not rise, firmly tighten Figure 1 and hold it in place with your hand, then turn Figure 2 again.) *The vertical lines on the pump head and the side of the bottle indicate that it is a body wash.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
