Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was attracted to the mezzo piano collaboration and bought it. I thought the product itself was aimed at younger people, but when I tried it, I found that the eyeshadow base in the top left of the palette had good staying power and was easy to use! The bottom two colors also had less powdering than I expected, and the particles were finer, blending well, and easy to use! The glitter color in the top right is a bit too large and would stand out on someone in their 40s, but when my daughter tried it, the crunchy, sparkling glitter made a statement in a good way and was incredibly cute.
The Mezzo Piano collaboration was so cute I bought it! It makes natural under-eye bags so easy to create. I didn't have any under-eye bag cosmetics, so this was perfect. The impression of my eyes is completely different with and without it, and now I use it every day.
I bought this palette because I fell in love with its cute appearance. When I received it, my first impression was "cute." When I actually used it on my under-eye bags, it created a naturally plump and cute look for my eyes. By using the concealer-like texture on the top left, you can create a plump and cute look for your eyes. The other colors are cute too, but I felt that the overall color payoff was sheer! It has a natural finish, so I felt it would be easy to use for people of all ages.
It was so cute! It's a collaboration, but the price is a bargain.
