What it is
A liquid eyeliner inspired by paintings. In addition to the classic black and brown, we also have a lineup of popular glitter colors. The ultra-fine brush makes it easy to draw eyeliner that is resistant to water, sweat, sebum, and rubbing and won't come off. We also recommend using it in combination with MilleFee's painting eyeshadow.

How to use
With the cap closed, gently shake the product 2-3 times. Draw a line along the edge of your eyelashes and at the outer corner of your eye, following the curve of your eyelid. If this is your first time using the product or if it is difficult to dispense the liquid, gently shake the product 2-3 times with the cap closed, hold it facing downwards for a few minutes, then rub the brush tip with the back of your hand or tissue before use. After use, wipe the brush tip clean and be sure to close the cap tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the liquid eyeliner on the outer corners of my eyes, and it's so thin and easy to apply! The brush tip is just the right hardness, so you can draw beautiful, thin lines. A cosplayer I know also loves it, saying it's easy to apply even in the smallest of areas! Also, even when my eyes are dry and I'm crying, the eyeliner doesn't come off, and the color lasts well, which is great!
I couldn't find a liner that would apply neatly to the outer corners of my eyes, so a family member recommended this one. The tip is thin and sturdy, so I was able to apply it neatly without any smudging, and it doesn't fade even after a while! It makes me want to try other colors too.
