I have very oily skin, so I bought this powder foundation because I thought it would be less likely to break down. It's a powder foundation that's not too dry, and when you glide it over with a puff, you can apply it in a thin film. I'm using it instead of the Roji Rosa Multi-Foundation Puff (Slim). A standard puff is fine, but the Roji Rosa puff seems to apply a more even, thin film. The coverage isn't as good with a brush, so I think the puff is better. When I apply it with the puff, the coverage is fine, and it doesn't feel sticky after application. It does break down (or rather, it melts away) after a while, but I think it's better than liquid or cushion foundations. It's a small difference, though. Considering the ease of application, I often use it when I'm in a hurry.
The texture, coverage, and staying power are all good (^_-)-☆ I thought it would be smooth, but it's actually a moist powder, which surprised me at first because it was hard to spread, but once you get used to it, it's fine! However, it's difficult to choose the shade, so I recommend checking it out in store before purchasing! This time I purchased NW11, which is usable but quite dark, so I'm not sure what to do, so I gave it 5 stars.
It was surprisingly light and had a thin application, which was nice. The color was darker than I expected, so next time I'll try it in the store.
I like gun black, so I bought size 40. However, the color turned out to be more orange than I expected, so unfortunately I wish I had chosen a darker color.
I use this when I need to touch up my makeup. The case is so simple and cute!!! In the morning, I use MAC foundation, Fix in the summer and Radiance in the fall and winter. Most powders tend to apply strangely if my skin is a little oily or dehydrated, and touching up can make my makeup look messy. However, when I apply this foundation with the brush that came with the tfit powder, it blends in my pores nicely and makes my skin look beautiful. The powder feels soft. I tried applying it on my finished skin in the morning, and it looked even better. Over time, both foundations blend nicely into my skin, moisturizing it rather than mixing with my sebum and making it look messy. It doesn't come with a puff, so I used a brush, but I feel like it applies better with a brush. It's a little yellow, but it's hard to tell when you apply it, so it's fine. If I were to touch up my makeup with a powder foundation brush (a flat brush like Esprique's), I feel like it would look a little messy. If I were just applying powder at first, that brush would probably be better. It's so pretty, I'll be using M.A.C for a while. But I wonder if it has SPF?
