How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. After washing your face, take an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) onto a cotton pad or your hands and gently smooth it over your entire face. <Caution> - Do not store in direct sunlight or in high or low temperatures. Because natural ingredients are used, the color and scent of the contents may vary slightly depending on the product, but this does not affect the quality. Please be careful if you have a history of allergies to the ingredients. When using cosmetics for the first time, be sure to perform a patch test before use. Be careful to check for any abnormalities on your skin. If the product does not suit your skin, discontinue use. * Please note that the refill cannot be used with the lotion container in the old packaging. (The inner stopper of the lotion container in the old packaging is hard and cannot be removed by hand. Forcibly removing the inner stopper of the old packaging may cause deformation and make it impossible to reattach. When refilling, please use the container in the new packaging.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
