What it is

How to use
(1) Apply concealer along the lower eyelid. Blend with your finger or a brush as desired. (2) Wait about 30 seconds for it to adhere properly. (3) Apply glitter on top of the concealer. Each can be used separately. To remove, use an oil-based cleanser.
