How to use
Hydrating Mask: Peel off the protective film on both sides of the mask. Place the mask on clean skin and press it in with clean fingertips to ensure it adheres. Leave it on for 15-30 minutes, then remove it and massage the remaining ingredients into your skin. This is a disposable mask. Do not rinse after use. Bubble Mask: Place the mask on clean skin and press it in firmly with your fingertips to prevent air bubbles. Leave it on for 10 minutes until fine, dense bubbles form. Remove the mask and massage the bubbles into your skin to rinse. This is a disposable mask. Eye Care Patch: Place the eye patch under your eyes, ensuring no air bubbles are trapped, and leave it on for approximately 30 minutes. Use it after washing your face, before going to bed, or to care for tired eyes after watching a movie or reading. One patch can be used approximately five times. Bioenzyme Patch: After cleansing your face, remove the mask from the bag and peel off the protective film. Place the mask on your face and press it in firmly to ensure it adheres to your skin. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes, then remove the mask and massage the remaining ingredients into your skin. Precautions: If any of the following symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing use may worsen the symptoms. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
