How to use
Apply an appropriate amount to a body sponge or towel and lather well with warm water. Massage gently into problem areas. Rinse thoroughly with water or warm water. Pay close attention to any abnormalities that may occur on your skin. Discontinue use if the cosmetics do not suit your skin, i.e., if the following occurs. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the skin you used the product on is exposed to direct sunlight and the symptoms listed in (1) above occur. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. *For a beautiful, white body, we recommend using it in combination with other White Conch series products.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
