I bought this because I was concerned about sagging eyes and fine lines. This one tingles and stings... but it seems to be working. It's supposed to be good to use in the morning and at night, but I only use it at night because I wear makeup in the morning. I use a different eye cream in the morning. I'm hoping that the effects will come gradually. The results won't be immediate, so I'll have to wait for the long term!
