Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

First of all, it smells amazing. I'm sad that it received such low ratings (｡-_-｡). It certainly does have a strong scent. Those who prefer a more subtle scent may dislike it. I personally prefer perfumes and other scents as perfumes, and even then, I like a strong scent so strong that I have to reapply it at least twice a day when I go out. So, I think it might not be for those who prefer a more subtle scent. The scent made me realize that this is what peony smells like (lol, sorry if I'm not good at describing things). I love sweet scents, so maybe this hand cream is sweet as well. I can't say for sure, but... it's a cream, but it's not too smooth. I apply it when I go to bed, when I'm not using my smartphone. It's very soothing. I'll buy it again when I run out.
I saw someone on a tour I was traveling with using a hand cream with a wonderful scent, so I mustered up the courage to ask. It was JO MALONE PEONY & BLUSH SUEDE. She was a very lovely lady. She also loves perfume, and the JO MALONE scent graced her. I immediately purchased it at the airport on my way back. I find the scent a little strong for me, so I use it as a hand cream to change my mood. While I realize that the scents are compatible, I love it because it's my favorite type of scent. When I rub it into my hands, my skin feels smooth and toned. As expected of a JO MALONE hand cream. Thank you, British lady. Perhaps she was a JO MALONE sales associate. She also recommended the Sea Salt scent, so I'd like to buy it once I run out. The photo shows the remains of a hand cream I've used too much. I like this type of packaging.
It's moisturizing and has excellent moisturizing power! I'm glad I chose this popular feminine scent! The scent lingers for quite a while, so some people may not like it (but I love this scent and it lifts my spirits!).
Peony & Blush Suede. The fruity scent comes first. It's not too floral, but has a calm and elegant scent. It's not too cute, but has a slightly mature feel? I think that's what makes it suede. It's not an overly sexy scent, so I use it at work. When I pass someone and catch a whiff of it, I think, "Wow, what a lovely scent!" I read reviews that say the scent is strong, but I didn't think it was that strong. However, the moisturizing power is average. It spreads normally. It's not sticky. It might make a great gift.
