Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using a cushion foundation from another company for a long time, so after reading reviews, I finally decided to buy something new. Not only did the cute packaging lift my spirits, but I was also happy that it didn't dry out my skin even after wearing it for long periods of time this winter. Because of my job, I always wear a mask, so my makeup does come off a little under the mask, but the exposed areas are fine. I think it would last longer if I used a fixative or something similar. I had read reviews saying that it clung to the puff a lot, so I spread it on the lid before using it. (My previous foundation quickly stopped clinging to the puff, which meant I had to turn the sponge inside, so I'm actually happy that I can use so much!) It doesn't feel thick, and it softly covers imperfections while creating a natural texture. I really like it, so I think I'll keep using it for a while!
