Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was using a waterproof duo mascara (brown), but I was bothered by the fact that it turned whitish over time, so I bought this new black one. The duo type held the curl better. It's less likely to clump. It gives my lashes a slightly more volume-like look. The duo type's comb is by far easier to apply to the lower lashes. The comb type was easier to apply and suited me well.
I don't like overly thick eyelashes, so I prefer natural ones.
I love Paul & Joe, so I bought this as part of my passion for them. The liquid is soft and glides on smoothly without clumping, which is great! This natural yet long-lasting mascara is something I rarely experience with other mascaras. The color is also strong, and the way the color shows through in the sun is really cute! Some people say that the liquid gets on their eyelids, but if you let it dry properly, it's not a problem. Overall, it's become my favorite mascara!!
I've been using more colored mascara lately, and this time I bought 01 Black. It applies smoothly and smoothly. It doesn't get too liquidy, and it applies naturally.
