Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The set of lotion and de-cream was a great deal. The cream is convenient for traveling. The lotion feels refreshing when you apply it, but I apply it twice. It doesn't dry out my skin all day.
It has a light texture but is deeply moisturizing. It's easy to use and you can quickly move on to makeup even in the mornings when you're short on time. The soothing scent of bergamot and eucalyptus makes skincare fun.
It feels light and absorbs easily into the skin. I think it's definitely a good morning skincare product. It may not be very moisturizing.
It's bigger than I thought, so I refill it and take it with me when I'm out. Maybe it's because I combine it with my skincare products or because of my skin, but it feels a little sticky, so I wait a while before applying makeup, but I have better products so I won't be repurchasing it.
I love this cream and have been using it ever since, and this is the first time I've purchased the lotion as well. I feel like it pairs better with the cream than other lotions. Other lotions have been sticky or watery, so I think it would be nice to have the whole line.
