How to use
1. After cleaning your palms, put 2cm of facial cleanser into your palms and add plenty of lukewarm water to dissolve the cleanser. 2. Add more lukewarm water and incorporate air to create a generous lather. 3. This is the finishing touch. Rub your palms together to create a fine lather. When you have a bouncy, glossy lather, the lathering is complete.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

The soft scent of lavender and rosemary allows me to relax while washing my face. I think it's also great for use during the change of seasons.

Compared to regular face wash, the dryness between wiping your face and applying lotion is less. It also lathers well. When using regular face wash, I feel dry in the middle of winter and want to quickly apply lotion, but with this face wash, I don't have to rush, and I have a little more time. I think I'll start using this face wash in the fall and winter when the dryness is severe. It's also good that it doesn't contain alcohol (ethanol).
It becomes fluffy when you whip it up! I'll update if I find anything useful after trying it out.
FANCL's Skin Conditioning Face Wash creates a fluffy lather when lathered. When applied to the skin, it feels like a cushion, and can be washed without rubbing, so it's gentle on the skin. After rinsing, my skin felt less tight and softer, and it was very pleasant to use. It removes unnecessary sebum but leaves my skin moisturized, so I think it's easy to use as a morning face wash. I also like the subtle scent of essential oils. It's easy to use.
