Use as a final touch after allowing your non-adhesive eyelid makeup to dry completely. 1. Shake vigorously several times until you hear a clicking sound. 2. Apply this product over the area where you have already applied your eyelid makeup. 3. Allow this product to dry completely after application. How to Remove: We recommend removing your makeup according to your eyelid makeup removal instructions. This product can also be removed by gently wiping it off with a damp cotton ball. Please note that forcibly removing it with your fingernails or rubbing it may cause skin irritation.
