Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this pen for years and I can't find a better one. This one pen is all you need. The ease of application, color payoff, color, and pen hardness are all excellent. I'm not good at drawing eyebrows, so this pen is the only one I can use to get them right. If you're having trouble deciding between eyebrow pencils and powders, I definitely recommend giving this one a try.
The color didn't quite match my eyes, but it's easy to write with.
This pencil and powder are both in one, so it saves time! But the powder always runs out first... so I'm not sure if it's good value for money or not. I'm happy that it comes with a brush, so it's 3-way!
