How to use
Store the container with the bottom facing down. Do not store vertically or upside down. When using for the first time, remove the inner seal and press the puff against the mesh 5 to 10 times to fully soak the contents. Due to the characteristics of the soft contents, some of the contents may appear uneven when using for the first time or during use. In rare cases, a clear liquid (part of the ingredients) may come out, but this does not affect the quality. Always keep the puff clean. If it gets dirty, wash it gently with warm water using a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and hang to dry in the shade.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
