What it is
The rich, easy-to-spread foam envelops hair, protecting fragile cuticles and preventing the loss of hair proteins and lipids, while gently cleansing. Scalp-clearing technology removes sebum and dirt, reduces dandruff and itching, and keeps the scalp healthy. The pleasant herbal garden scent evokes a visit to a colorful herb garden. Non-silicone. How to use
Refilling Instructions: Always refill into a used Twany Cuticle Care Shampoo bottle. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump, drain the water, and then refill the entire bottle. If the spout is difficult to cut by hand, cut it open with scissors. Refill only after using up the entire contents to avoid mixing with other products or products with different serial numbers. After refilling, please note the serial number on the bottom of this pack. You may need it when contacting us. For hygienic use, please replace the bottle with a new one from time to time. (1) Hold the spout firmly as shown in the illustration and slowly cut in the direction of the arrow. When cutting, be careful not to let the contents spill out and avoid cutting the opening. If the spout is closed, pinch both ends of the spout to open it. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle and slowly squeeze out the contents. Folding it and squeezing will help eliminate waste.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
