How to use
Use without wetting your hands or face. Place a 2.5cm diameter balm in the palm of your hand, gently rub your hands together to soften the balm, then spread it over your entire face, blending it thoroughly with makeup and other impurities. Once the impurities have been lifted, take a small amount of water or lukewarm water in your palm and apply it over your entire face to emulsify the balm. (Be careful not to add too much water all at once.). After emulsifying, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture is neither too soft nor too hard, it's just perfect and I love it. It removes makeup well and leaves my skin feeling soft, so I'd like to buy it again.
I really liked the thick texture, which prevented friction with the skin. The makeup removal was neither good nor bad. I removed my point makeup separately. It didn't feel tight. The scent is strong, so I recommend trying the tester before purchasing. I didn't find it appealing enough to warrant a repeat purchase.
It has a thick, honey-like texture and a fairly strong scent. I like how it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and smooth after washing. It also blends well with makeup, unless it's something too strong, like WP mascara.

I used it for exfoliating purposes when I wasn't wearing makeup, and it improved the makeup's hold and helped it stay in place until the evening, so I'm very pleased. I've bought it again.
