ETTUSAIS Eyelash Lift Curler

It curls your lashes from the roots for a beautiful finish! Mascara also applies beautifully and curls well. I can see that the finish around my eyes has improved since I started using this curler. It has great staying power and I love it.

I've been using Shiseido products for years, but they didn't give me much lift, and even changing the rubber bands didn't help... so I decided to buy these! They give me amazing lift!!! I realized that curlers also have to be compatible with each other.

This...makes my eyelashes curl so much!!! I was originally using a 100 yen store eyelash curler, so I splurged on this, but I'm so glad I did. The matte material makes it look a bit like a toy, but it's so comfortable to use that I'm very happy with it!

When I was younger, I didn't feel the need for an eyelash curler, and I had a bad habit of plucking them whenever they bothered me, so I didn't really like messing with my eyelashes. I had a Shiseido eyelash curler, but I just had it, and rarely used it. As I got older, my eyelids started to sag and my eyelashes became thinner, and I suddenly thought, "Huh... were my eyes really that weak...?" Now I'm seriously considering using an eyelash curler. After trying out various products, I decided a few months ago that Laura Mercier's eyelash curler might be the best fit for me! But by the time I decided to buy one, they announced that they were withdrawing from Japan. It ended up being out of stock, so I couldn't buy it. Well, I'm not used to using eyelash curlers, so I thought it might be okay, but I happened to see a tester of Ettusais in the store and was surprised by how easy it was to use, so I bought it. Both Laura Mercier and Ettusais are from the same Shiseido brand. The appearance is a matte silver. I like that it doesn't show fingerprints or other smudges. The product only comes with one rubber band, and no replacement ones. However, I appreciate that replacement rubber bands for the Shiseido eyelash curler are readily available. I like how it creates a beautiful curl with just a little pressure. Shiseido eyelash curlers often struggle to curl my lashes, and I often end up using too much pressure, resulting in flaky lashes, so I was impressed when I first used the Ettusais eyelash curler. However, I don't like the faint scraping sound it makes when moving the curler, which I didn't notice when using the tester. If it weren't for this, I would have given it 7 stars. That's the only thing I regret.
