How to use
This is a replacement refill. It cannot be used as is. Please place it in the outer container of HAKU Melanofocus IV (45g). *It can also be placed in the outer container of Melanofocus EV (45g). After applying lotion in the morning and evening, take two pumps of the dispenser into your hand and spread it over your entire face. Lightly press the dispenser, focusing on the areas of concern, and gently blend it into your entire face. <How to Refill> (1) Remove the cap from the used outer container, grasp the bottom of the dispenser, and turn it until it clicks, then pull it up to remove it. *Please discard the used container. (2) Remove the cap from the replacement refill, insert it into the outer container, and turn it until it clicks. (3) Finally, close the cap on the outer container. (Caution) ◇After sun exposure, wait until redness and stinging subside before using. ◇When first using, press the dispenser several times until the contents dispense. ◇After use, wipe the dispenser mouth clean and close the cap tightly. ◇This product uses a special airtight container. Do not remove the dispenser from the container midway, as this may cause the contents to stop flowing. ◇If any irritation occurs on your skin after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇Due to the nature of the contents, the color may appear slightly different, but you can use it with confidence. ◇To protect the contents, when removing the refill from the paper case, immediately insert it into the outer container of HAKU Melanofocus IV (45g). ◇For optimal use, if the outer container becomes scratched or peeled, please purchase a new product.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
