What it is
This cleansing balm is now in a tube! Its unique cushion structure reduces friction with the skin, and combined with five types of ceramides, it protects sensitive skin that is sensitive to irritation. How to use
Please use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. If it does not suit your skin, discontinue use. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during or after use, or if the above abnormalities occur after exposure to direct sunlight on the skin where the product was used, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. Do not use if you have any abnormalities such as cuts, swelling, or eczema. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. Do not store in high or low temperature locations or in direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
